By purchasing any astrology services or digital products from Dust and Ruby LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• It is your responsibility to review pricing and these terms before completing your purchase.

2. Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, personalized, and/or digital nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Astrology readings

• Astrocartography consultations

• Digital reports and downloadable files

3. Booking & Rescheduling

• Live or scheduled readings must be booked through our online scheduler (powered by Acuity Scheduling).

• Appointments are confirmed only after full payment is received via Stripe.

• You may request one (1) reschedule, provided that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment time.

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed for no-shows or late cancellations. Additional reschedule requests beyond the first may be denied or incur an additional fee.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and waive any right to chargebacks or payment disputes, except in cases of verified fraud.

5. Global Access & Compliance

Our services and digital products are available worldwide. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing or using them complies with the laws of your country or region.
