Hey, I’m Vanessa!

I’ve packed up my life 16 times, living in 7 states and 4 countries. Beyond that, I’ve traveled through 38 states and 25 countries.

One truth has followed me everywhere:
Wherever I go, there I am — my patterns, my hopes, my healing.

And still, every place shapes me into someone slightly new. Every move teaches me more about who I am becoming.

The question I keep asking is:

What if every place I’ve landed was already holding a version of me I hadn’t yet met?

That’s the power of place.

    Moved to London, England

    Moved to England for my Dad's job. Went to Preschool, Kindergarten and 1st grade there. Even met Princess Diana!

    Traveled around Europe

    Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Liechtenstein, Italy, France, Belgium, Wales, Scotland + Ireland

  • 1993

    Moved back to Philadelphia

    Within range of my Ceres ASC line. Elementary - High School

  • 2003

    Exchange Student in Sweden

    Lived in Sweden for 1 yr on my North Node DSC line - traveled to Göteborg, Stockholm, Malmö, Umeå, Skellefteå. Lived in Småland. Graduated high school there. (Ja, jag pratar fortfarande svenska)

  • 2003

    Road Trip in Europe

    Denmark, Germany, + Czech Republic

  • 2004

    Moved to Glasgow, Scotland

    First year of uni at The Glasgow School of Art. Traveled to Edinburgh + Isle of Arran

  • 2005

    Moved to St Louis, MO

    Did a semester of college here, overlooking the Mississippi.

  • 2005

    Moved to Atlanta, GA

    Gap year while I planned my move back to Europe

  • 2006 - 2014

    Moved to London, England

    Close to my Venus IC, Moon MC and North Node DSC lines. Did my degree at Central Saint Martins College of Art + Design. Worked at design agencies. Traveled all over England

    Traveled around Europe

    Greece, Italy, France, Malta, The Netherlands, Germany, Portugal

    Moved to Chicago, IL

    Moved back to the US, within range of my Jupiter DSC and on a few important midpoint lines

    My Jupiter DSC and one of my favorite places on Earth

    Traveled to Peru on retreat

    Also on my Jupiter DSC and my Chiron MC - a life-changing experience

    Moved to St George, UT

    Death of the closest person to me. Pandemic. Moved to the canyons to find space to heal. Later found out it was between my Venus DSC and Sun DSC lines.

  • 2021

    Moved to Raleigh, NC

    On my Mars-Venus paran where I got healthy again. Found out how much I loved Asheville, NC.

  • 2022

    Wilmington, NC

    The worst move of my life - near my Saturn and Chiron local space lines. More on this later.

  • 2023

    Moved to Loveland, Colorado

    On my North Node MC line.

  • 2023 - Present

    Chicago, IL

    Back to a place that feels like home, on my Sun, Mercury and Venus local space lines.
